Main tasks: Developing
and updating internal regulatory documents governing the quality management system, as well as methodological recommendations and instructions to ensure processes comply with modern requirements.
Organizing regular internal audits and quality control of the educational process, and preparing analytical reports for the Institute’s management.
Monitoring the implementation of planned indicators, control of corrective measures and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented measures to improve the quality of education.
Development and implementation of a system of performance indicators, monitoring the satisfaction of students, teachers and administrative staff.
Conducting educational seminars, trainings and practical classes for the Institute’s employees on issues of quality and internal control.
Interaction with external accreditation, certification bodies, and government regulatory authorities to improve the transparency and objectivity of the educational process.
Promoting the development of innovative methods of quality management and optimization of educational processes, planning, organization, and control of the educational process at the institute.
The department’s functions:
– Review, in-depth analysis, and approval of educational plans, programs, schedules of the educational process, programs of disciplines and courses, programs of internships and test examination questions, and other educational and methodological documents of the institute as a whole.
— Providing departments, courses, and other academic units with the necessary regulatory and working documentation for the organization of the educational process and monitoring compliance with them. Maintaining records and systematization of these documents.
— Organization and holding of a meeting of the Institute’s educational and methodological council on the development and approval of new curricula and programs.
— Planning and ensuring the educational process in accordance with the curricula and programs approved by the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
— Conducting control over compliance with academic discipline.
— Systematic updating and preparation for approval of new curricula for programs in accordance with the overall development strategy of the S.B. Daniyarov Kazan State Medical and Pedagogical University of Advanced Studies.
— Conducting, as necessary, correspondence and exchange of opinions with citizens, departments and healthcare organizations on educational issues.
