Main tasks:
Developing and updating internal regulatory documents governing the quality management system, as well as methodological recommendations and instructions to ensure processes comply with modern requirements.
Organizing regular internal audits and quality control of the educational process, and preparing analytical reports for the Institute’s management.
Monitoring the implementation of planned indicators, control of corrective measures and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented measures to improve the quality of education.
Development and implementation of a system of performance indicators, monitoring the satisfaction of students, teachers and administrative staff.
Conducting educational seminars, trainings and practical classes for the Institute’s employees on issues of quality and internal control.
Interaction with external accreditation, certification bodies, and government regulatory authorities to improve the transparency and objectivity of the educational process.
Promoting the development of innovative methods of quality management and optimization of educational processes.
