The one-stop shop is a structural division of the S.B. Daniyarov Kazan State Medical Institute of Advanced Training and Continuing Education (KSMIAP) that allows students to obtain information about upcoming courses, enroll in courses, modules, and other activities, submit the required documents, and receive a final document confirming completion of the course or module in a single location and within a shortened timeframe.
The procedure for processing documents using the “Single Window “
The acceptance of documents begins 10 days before the start of the course and ends at 2:00 PM on the day the KTP course starts.
Documents from students enrolled in contract-based training are accepted on the day of commencement of training. A contract is completed and paid for by the student.
List of documents required for primary specialization and retraining:
- application (for students enrolled in contract-based education)
- passport, tax identification number (TIN) (for foreign citizens)
- copy of diploma;
- certificate of completion of residency (internship);
- a copy of the work book;
- certificate of primary specialization (if available in a related specialty);
- a copy of the certificate of change of surname or a copy of the marriage certificate (if necessary);
- an extract from (or a copy of) the order of the healthcare organization on referral for training (if referred from a healthcare organization).
List of documents required for advanced training
- application (for students enrolled in contract-based education)
- passport with tax identification number (TIN); (including for foreign citizens)
- copy of diploma;
- certificate of completion of residency/internship (if necessary);
- certificate of primary specialization;
- a copy of the certificate of change of surname or a copy of the marriage certificate (if necessary);
- an extract from (or a copy of) the order of the healthcare organization on referral for training;
- travel voucher (previously issued by the institute to the HR department of the OZ);
- travel certificate.
To obtain documents on a contractual basis, the student personally applies to the single window by submitting a written application and provides copies of the above documents.
