A testing center  is an organization or department that conducts various tests to assess the knowledge, skills, and qualifications of professionals.

The main functions of the test center:

                                                    1. Conducting exams and certifications

                                                            • Assessing the professional qualifications of specialists.

                                                            • Conducting certification exams.

                                                            • Certificate for obtaining permission to engage in professional activities.

                                                    2. Developing tests and assignments

                                                            • Create questions to test knowledge in various fields.

                                                            • Use of modern assessment methods (computer-based testing, situational tasks).

                                                    3. Ensuring objectivity and oversight

                                                            • Conducting tests according to established standards.

                                                            • Use automated systems to verify results.

                                                    4. Issuance of certificates and documents

                                                            • Confirmation of qualification upon successful completion of testing.

                                                            • Obtaining the certifications required for the job.


The Testing Center  is a structural unit of the Kyrgyz State Institute of Advanced Medical Qualification and Continuing Education (KSIMC), which ensures the completion of pre-test and post-test testing.

 1. During the test:

– it is forbidden to leave the hall;

— it is forbidden to talk to other test participants;

— it is prohibited to carry a camera and take pictures of test tasks from a computer monitor;

— it is necessary to remove unnecessary items (folders, papers, bags) from the table;

— Cell phones must be turned off.

2. If a participant violates the testing rules, he/she must be removed from the testing and a termination protocol must be drawn up, signed by the testing center administrators.

3. Participants who arrive late for the test (for a valid reason) may be allowed to complete the test tasks at the discretion of the Test Center Director.

4. After the specified time for passing the tests has elapsed, the program will automatically terminate.
