Requirements for Organization Registration in the KGMIPiPK Database

To register an organization in the KGMIPiPK database, the following is required:

• Registration with the CEZ of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Identification and registration documents must be provided as scanned or electronic copies and compressed into a single archive.
• All documents must be compressed into one archive file (RAR or ZIP format).
• Register the training provider on the designated registration webpage. At the bottom of the registration form, there is a “Browse” button. By clicking this button, you must upload the previously prepared archive containing the required documents.
• Complete the Training Provider Registration web form.

It should also be noted that, at present, in order to successfully confirm the training provider, it is necessary to submit paper copies of the supporting documents to KGMIPiPK.

This is due to the fact that the regulations governing the registration of training providers in electronic form have not yet been officially approved. Without submitting paper copies of the required documents, the training provider may be blocked in the future.

Work is currently underway to approve the relevant regulations and to transfer all registration procedures to an entirely electronic format. We appreciate your understanding.
