Department of Financial Policy

The Institute’s Financial Policy Department is a structural subdivision of the Kazan State Medical Institute of Policy and Continuing Education named after S.B. Daniyarov.

The Financial Policy Department exercises control over the expenditure of budgetary funds and funds from income-generating activities (funds from paid services, targeted funds, gratuitous receipts in the form of grants, donations and gifts) in accordance with current legislation and to the extent of the implementation of the activities envisaged by the plan of financial and economic activities of the Institute, strictly observing financial and budgetary discipline and ensuring the savings of material assets and monetary resources.

The tasks of the financial policy department:

formation of a unified economic and financial policy based on the analysis of the state and development trends of the system of retraining and advanced training;

economic planning and organization of the financial activities of the institute, aimed at the efficient use of all types of resources in the process of providing educational services;

development of a public procurement plan for the next financial year and its publication on the public procurement web portal.
